Model boundary
Ongoing annual cash = 12 × (monthly take-home − extra monthly work costs). B first-year cash subtracts its entered transition costs. Effective cash/hour = ongoing annual cash ÷ (weekly total hours × working weeks). Employer retirement amounts are displayed separately, not treated as spendable cash. Take-home pay is supplied by you; this does not calculate taxes. Do not double-count health premiums, retirement deductions or costs already reflected in take-home pay. Bonus, equity, leave value, job security, insurance coverage, vesting changes and future increases are not priced. Use written benefit terms and compare nonfinancial constraints separately.
